At GCI, we’re proud of our deep bench of telecommunications experts and we’re focused on attracting and retaining talent. We offer employees the opportunity to grow their knowledge base and advance their careers. GCI University offers more than 200 virtual and in-person courses on how to use internal tools and systems, how to better communicate and work within a team, supervisory skills for managers or those who want to move into management positions, and much more. GCI also delivers specialized in-person technical training taught by telecommunications experts including utility pole climbing, chainsaw safety, fiber splicing, and network maintenance and repair.
