GCI, Alaska’s largest telecommunications provider, today announced that life-long Alaskan Moira Smith will join the company’s leadership team as its Senior Vice President Law and Chief Administrative Officer. In her new role, Smith will direct GCI’s state and federal external affairs strategy, lead the company’s HR department, and oversee its legal and compliance functions.
